The right of participation in all events of business, educational and evening program of WHITE SQUARE is provided by ACCREDITATION. To become an accredited participant of the Festival, please fill in the application form and send it to the Directorate of the Festival via info@adfest.by or register on the website and fill in accreditation form online. In return you will be sent the documents for participation in the Festival.

Accreditation for WHITE SQUARE includes attendance of 70+ master classes, seminars, show lectures, discussion panels, talk shows held by professionals of communications market from different countries of Europe and the CIS; Gala Awards Ceremony of the winners of the Festival; two parties in clubs of Minsk.

Each accredited participant receives a corporate package with presentation materials and memorable souvenirs from the organizers, bonus programs from information and business partners of the Festival.

Among the speakers of X WHITE SQUARE there are creative directors of top-level network and independent agencies of Europe, creators of successful campaigns for world famous brands, holders of multiple Cannes Lions awards, headliners of the leading communications forums of the world.

X WHITE SQUARE Festival will be held on April 19-21, 2018 in Minsk.

Accreditation fee for one representative of a company is:

since 28.02.2018 ‒ 590 BYN/ 17 000 RUB/ 240 EUR + VAT;
since 23.03.2018 ‒ 640 BYN/ 18 400 RUB/ 260 EUR + VAT;
since 19.04.2018 ‒ 690 BYN/ 19 900 RUB/ 280 EUR + VAT.

Regular participants are provided with discounts:

‒ when registering two or more participants from one company you are provided with 5% discount.
‒ when registering an accredited participant of previous White Square Festivals you are provided with 5% discount.

Discounts are summed up.

The Directorate of the Festival can assist in booking a hotel room with organizers’ discount. On this issue please write to info@adfest.by.
