Artem graduated from the international section of Lomonosov Moscow State University department of journalism, and he’s quite glad that he did, although he’s not usually volunteering the info.
Despite his affection to journalism, he decided to give it a shot as copywriter in the POV creative boutique in 2007. Ever since then, Artem is a hostage in the world of advertising heavily suffering from the Stockholm syndrome. After having worked in a string of small little-known agencies, he switched to BBDO in 2010. Here, Artem gets promoted from copywriter to creative group head. 6 years later he is put in charge of the creative department of the Smetana agency, where he remains for a year before making a triumphant homecoming in 2017 to write this text about himself in third person.
Artem did creative work for Lay’s, Orbit, Visa, MTS, Sberbank, PSB, RosEuroBank, Intouch, UC Browser, Korting, Barrier, HONKA and other clients.
His projects received awards at Epica, Direct Hit, Golden Hammer, KIAF, PIAF, Red Apple, Ad Black Sea and “Idea!” advertising festivals.
