Born in 1982 Christian Gosch started his communications career in 2005 at the global network agency PKP proximity in Vienna. His fascination for communication and his irrepressible fight for creative innovation ensured early on that his work for major clients such as easybank, ÖBB, Toyota, bauMax, Strabag or Energie AG Oberösterreich was not only very successful with the public, but also won awards at national as well as international advertising festivals. A special highlight is a work for Global 2000, which was honored with two gold statuettes at the CCA (Austrian ADC) and also with an award at the Cannes Lions. Successes that catapulted the agency from zero to Number 3 in the Austrian creative rankings within a very short time.
In 2010, Christian Gosch was promoted to Creative Director at PKP BBDO. After three successful years of creative responsibility at PKP BBDO, Christian Gosch left the global Omnicom network to take on a completely new challenge and build a new player in the Austrian agency market: Serviceplan. Christian Gosch took over creative and communications strategy responsibility for the Serviceplan Brand in Austria as Creative Director in April 2013 and was able to achieve significant success right from the start. Not only did he succeed in convincing renowned clients such as tipp3, MINI, BMW Austria, Kapsch, SalzburgerLand Tourismus and the direct bank ING DiBa but he also won over national and international festival juries. The very first year brought gold at the CCA and a nomination at the Cannes Lions. In recognition of these successes, Christian Gosch was promoted to Executive Creative Director and Member of the Management Board. With a steadily growing team, the agency‘s success in the Austrian market also grew. Thanks to the always multidimensional, brand- and market-empathic and consumer-centered work of the team around Christian Gosch, the list of clients could be extended by absolute prestige brands. As the culmination and ultimate confirmation of Christian Gosch‘s idea of a contemporary, innovative-thinking and empathetic-acting agency, the Serviceplan Austria team was awarded a Gold Cannes Lion in the Product Design Category in 2016 The subsequent awards at the Clios in New York, the New York Festivals or the Red Rot Design Award finally made Christian Gosch one of the most highly awarded creatives in Austria.
As of 2018, Christian Gosch finally also managed the agency’s fortunes operationally as Managing Director Creation and, due to his successes, was invited to the Cannes Lions Direct Jury, the Jury of the London International Awards in Las Vegas, the Golden Drum Jury in Portoroz, the Jury of the Art Director‘s Club of Europe in Barcelona and as President of the Marketing Jury of the White Square Festival of Eastern Europe. In addition, Christian Gosch was a board member of the Creativ Club Austria (CCA) for four years.
At the beginning of 2020, Christian Gosch left the Serviceplan Group to take on new challenges after seven successful years of building up the company. During Lockdown-Year, Christian Gosch took time off to devote himself to his family and to planning his professional future. In April 2021, Christian Gosch joined the agency AANDRS as creative director and simultaneously founded the product design studio Studio Spezial.
