Borma is a Senior Creative, 15+ years of experience, from São Paulo living in Dubai. His work has been honored at Cannes Lions, The One Show, D&AD, LIA, Clio, Effies, Dubai Lynx, New York Festivals, Andy, Loeries and AdStars to name a few.
He also served as juror at Cannes Lions and New York Festivals among others, and had his work published in magazines like Adweek, AdAge, Campaign and Lurzer's Archive.
He started his creative journey traveling with indie bands photographing concerts, later studied design and advertising. Other of his passions are graffiti and illustration which got the attention of brands such as Nike, which invited him to work on projects for the 2014 FIFA World Cup and 2016 Rio Olympics.
Borma has been part of creative agencies in Brazil working as an Art Director, the last of which was the iconic DM9DDB. In 2017, accepted an invitation to move to the Middle East to work at Saatchi & Saatchi Dubai, later VMLY&R, the 2020 Middle East and Africa's Cannes Lions Agency Of The Decade. After having achieved success in his projects he was recruited to be part of the M&C Saatchi Group, the world's largest independent communications network.
